Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Press into muffin cups.
- Mix yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia.
- Fill cups and top with berries.
- Freeze 3–4 hours until firm.
- Remove and store frozen.
Notes
- Let sit 5 minutes before eating.
- Use thick Greek yogurt.
- Store frozen up to 1 month.
