Description

Freezer-friendly Greek yogurt cups with a chewy granola base and fresh berries. Perfect for meal prep snacks or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  • Press into muffin cups.
  • Mix yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia.
  • Fill cups and top with berries.
  • Freeze 3–4 hours until firm.
  • Remove and store frozen.

Notes

  • Let sit 5 minutes before eating.
